Organizational Structure
The Four M Foundation is an IRS and state-approved 501(c)(3). It is managed by an executive director and a council. The director is elected for a one-year term. The director is responsible for long-term vision and day-to-day operations. The board approves a budget, acts as counsel and an accountability group to the director, and assists with fund-raising and mission leadership. An executive team operates on an ongoing basis, consisting of the director, operations chair, and board members.
Four M accounts are managed by the accounting firm of Williams-Pitts-Beard, PLLC accounting firm and Cadence Bank. A copy of the latest financial statement is available upon request.
