Who We Are

Executive Director

  John Garrott is the executive director of Glen Eagle Resources. He has a B.A. from the University of Mississippi, an M.Div. from Emory University, and has doctoral work at Asbury Theological Seminary.  He is an  elder in the United Methodist Church.  

He founded, and is executive director of, the 4M Foundation and Glen Eagle Resources, organizations devoted to strategic team development and missional effectiveness. John has  international development experience in Africa, Russia, Belarus, Honduras, and China. He has been adjunct faculty with the E.J. Ourso School of Business at LSU and is a certified human behavioral consultant with TTI Success Insights of Scottsdale, Arizona. John and his wife, Jennifer, have two sons, and live in Senatobia, Mississippi, just south of Memphis.

Suzie Price

  Suzie Price, a professional facilitator, consultant and author, is founder and CEO of  Priceless Professional Development.   A facilitation and consulting company, she is  focused on helping leaders: hire and promote the right people, and build an energetic, committed and drama-free workforce.   Suzie graduated from the University of South Carolina and started her corporate career in 1986 at NCR Corporation. With a background in human resources and training for great companies,  she has advance certifications that include  Certified Professional Facilitator, Certified Professional Behavior Analyst, and Certified Professional Motivators Analyst.  Her skills as a trainer in human talent and potential are exceptional. 

Paul D. Borden, PhD

Paul Borden is Director of Kingdom Networks with Growing Healthy Churches. He has been published twice by Abingdon. With a Ph.D. from the University of Denver, he has served as a Church Growth Consultant for American Baptist Churches of the West; Director of 

Church Consulting for the Evangelical Free Church of America; and, among other roles, acting CEO at Denver Seminary. He has both pastored and started churches,  and also served as executive director of the American Baptist Church in California during their remarkable turnaround. Paul is the father of two innovative children and grandfather to four marvelous girls.

Kathy Wentworth Drahosz

Kathy Wentworth Drahosz, B.S., is the founder/President of The Training Connection Inc. and author of The Keys to Mentoring Success. She has spent over 20 years in business, product and people development. As a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, she has helped thousands worldwide through her training programs and services. A key thrust of her work has been helping federal agencies and businesses develop effective, formal mentoring programs. She also has developed Dynamic Mentoring Connections, Discovering the Mentor Within and Strategic Career Management — three practical approaches to unleashing human potential.

Sharon Fitzpatrick

Sharon Fitzpatrick, CEO of the Fitzpatrick Group, specializes in mentoring, career development and diversity management. She has 20 years in human resources, diversity and organization development and a history of work that promotes multicultural and organizational development in corporate, government and non-profit settings. With corporate experience in strategic planning, communications and diversity, her work also includes workforce development, community relations and change management. Her broad expertise and experience give her an understanding of the needs and challenges that organizations face today. She also does human resource consulting and recruiting for public and industry clients nationwide.

How Does My Role Help Reveal Human Potential:
When I have the privilege of doing a one on one personal debrief and the VAA has new insight into who they naturally are and how they can leverage their talent. We are all capable of greatness but it takes self-awareness to know our strengths and weaknesses.  This is what empowers our VAA’s as they bring their knowledge, expertise and experiences to their own clients. While using our assessments to create a relationship of transparency and thus birthing change in individual lives and company dynamics.

Dr. John Ed Mathison

Dr. John Ed Mathison served 36 years as senior minister of Frazer Memorial United Methodist in Montgomery, AL. Under his leadership, Frazer grew from 400 members to over 8,800. In 1986 the Church Leadership Institute cited Frazer as the fastest growing church of any denomination in Alabama. The worship services of Frazer were televised nationwide reaching about 40 million homes. He holds degrees from Huntingdon College, Candler School of Theology, Princeton University, and the Doctor of Ministry Degree from Candler School of Theology. Author of many books and a nationally known and sought-after speaker, Mathison and his wife, Lynn, have three daughters, eight grandsons, and two granddaughters.
